Hotelcloud leverages a Rest API to connect to cloud systems and web applications.
Additionally, after years of research & development, we have developed a patent pending appliance, HConnect, which enables real time 2-way interface with legacy hospitality systems, and leverages the benefits of the cloud computing.
By linking hospitality systems to Hotelcloud, hotels are able to consolidate their operational processes and create a more efficient digital environment.

On-premise, PressReader enables to browse more than 6000 publications. Unlimited download.

What are the benefits?

PMS Integrations

Integrations between PMS and Blackbell allows information to flow in and flow out.

PMS integrations are not a must, but a plus. They are required though for in-room tablet installation, mobile key and VOIP integrations.

Mobile Key

Hotelcloud also integrates with door lock APIs to retrieve room mobile key and allow guests to open their doors with their mobile.

TV Remote

We can today integrate TV remotes and work on the pairing with TV, to let guests control the TV from their app ! From the remote, guests can :

Channel selection : + / -
Sound control : up / down / mute
Pick a channel among the full directory of channels
Filter channel by languages
Stream content from the device to the TV (mirroring)

Room Controls

By room controls, we mean controls of the room environment such as light, temperature, stores, music and even the ability to remotely unlock / lock door.
If we can directly integrate with Energy Management & Automation companies, such as Schneider Electric, we prefer to collaborate with specialized engineering companies which build automated panels, fully interfaced with root technologies.We recently collaborated with Caleo CGC and Soliled to deploy powerful and fully-connected solutions in hospitality.

How does our solution work :

We customize the application to display all available controls.
We work with integrators on connecting our platform to local servers
Hotelcloud fully handles the room pairing logic

Chromecast

The Chromecast SDK has been integrated to our technology.
It can be added to a Hotelcloud android app, be displayed in any page in the app, included web pages, so the app content can be pushed to TV.
Obviously the device and the TV must be connected to the same Wifi Network.

Airplay

The Airplay SDK has been integrated to our IOS technology.
The SDK is directly connected to our playlist section. The device and the music speaker must obviously be connected to the same Wifi network.

How does that work :

We include the Airplay SDK in your iOS native app
A small Airplay icon is displayed on the playlist section. By clicking on it, guest selects a connected and can stream his music
